Ze Wang is a Managing Attorney in the Firm’s Irvine office. Mr. Wang’s practice focuses on creditors’ rights, real estate litigation, evictions, surplus-funds claims, and lien-priority matters. He represents financial institutions, loan servicers, and real estate investors in contested and uncontested matters throughout California.
Erin K. Sweeney is an associate attorney in our Arizona office, focused on litigation related to mortgage and lien foreclosure, eviction, and bankruptcy. Prior to joining ZBS Law, Ms. Sweeney practiced criminal defense and civil tort litigation. She has experience in state, federal, and appellate courts. Ms. Sweeney is licensed to practice in the State of Arizona, and is pending licensure in the State of Nevada.
