Erin K. Sweeney

Erin K. Sweeney is an associate attorney at ZBS Law, LLP, representing financial institutions and loan servicers in creditor-rights and default matters, including judicial and non-judicial foreclosure, eviction, bankruptcy, and civil litigation. Ms. Sweeney has experience in state, federal, and appellate courts in the State of Arizona.

Prior to joining ZBS Law, Ms. Sweeney focused on criminal defense, post-conviction relief, and civil rights litigation, including assisting with federal constitutional challenges to state laws. She also has experience in civil contract and tort litigation.

LEADERSHIP, MEMBERSHIP & HONORS

Ms. Sweeney is admitted to practice in the State of Arizona and the U.S. District Court for the State of Arizona. She is pending licensure for the State of Nevada.

Ms. Sweeney is a recipient of the Ronald J. Cohen Excellence in Advocacy Award as well as the Thomas Quigley Memorial Scholarship, an award given for many hours of pro bono service.
