Ze Wang

Ze Wang is a Managing Attorney in the Firm’s Irvine office. Mr. Wang’s practice focuses on creditors’ rights, real estate litigation, evictions, surplus-funds claims, and lien-priority matters. He represents financial institutions, loan servicers, and real estate investors in contested and uncontested matters throughout California. Mr. Wang manages cases from initial review through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, trial preparation, and post-sale claims.

Before relocating to the United States, Mr. Wang practiced law in China, where he handled civil and commercial litigation with an emphasis on real estate disputes and creditors’ rights. His experience practicing in both California and China provides him with a practical, cross-cultural perspective when advising clients and resolving complex legal matters.

Mr. Wang is licensed to practice before all state courts in California and has been an active member of the State Bar of California. He has also been licensed to practice law in China since 2020. Mr. Wang is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
